Any ruling made by a corporate or government IT department should apply only to that physical network and not be at all relevant to activities off the corporate or government network.

It was announced a couple of days ago that ACMA and the selected vendor Enex TestLab evaluating Internet Service Provider (ISP) content filters would be soon commencing testing of products in a “closed environment” in Tasmania.
